How do I change my username?
Usernames cannot be changed once created.
How do I change my email address?
To update your registered email address, please share the following details:

We'll send a confirmation code to your new email. Once verified, your account will be updated.
Can I delete my account?
While accounts cannot be deleted, you can deactivate your account anytime.
Please go to My Profile > Responsible Gaming > Pause, then select the duration you prefer. There’s also an option to deactivate the account permanently.

To deactivate your account, follow these steps:
- Go to My Profile
- Select Responsible Gaming
- Choose Pause and pick the duration you prefer.
If you wish, you can also select the option to deactivate your account permanently.
What should I do if I forgot my username/password?
You can click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.
After entering your registered email address, you’ll receive your username along with a verification code to reset your password.
